Summer Program Agreement 

This Summer Program Agreement is made between Cloverhill Christian Academy and the Parent(s)/Guardian(s) of the registered child.

By completing registration, the Parent/Guardian acknowledges and agrees to the following: 

1. Financial Responsibility 

  • The Parent/Guardian agrees to pay the full tuition and all associated fees for the Summer Camp Program for which their child is registered. 

  • Registration secures a spot in the program and creates a financial obligation for the full summer session. 

  • All payments must be made in full and on time according to the selected payment option. 

  • Failure to make payments as agreed may result in removal from the program. 

2. Withdrawal Policy 

  • Withdrawal from the Summer Camp Program must be submitted in writing no later than April 15, 2026 in order to be released from financial obligation. Written notice must be submitted to the school office. 

  • After April 15, 2026, families are financially responsible for the full summer tuition regardless of attendance, absence, or voluntary withdrawal. 

3. Eligibility Requirement 

  • Participation in the Summer Program requires completion and submission of the 2026–2027 academic year enrollment contract. 

  • If the enrollment contract is not completed, the child will not be permitted to attend the Summer Program. 

4. Agreement Acknowledgment 

By completing registration, the Parent/Guardian confirms that they: 

  • Have read and understood this agreement. 

  • Agree to follow all Summer Camp guidelines and policies. 

  • Accept full financial responsibility as outlined above. 

  • Understand and agree to the withdrawal deadline of April 15, 2026.
