At Cloverhill Christian Academy, we believe a Christ-centered education should be both excellent and accessible. Our tuition reflects an investment in small class sizes, strong academics, and a nurturing environment where children are known, encouraged, and guided as they grow academically, socially, and spiritually. Families often share that the care, attention, and sense of community make this investment meaningful and worthwhile.
Financial assistance is available, and we invite families to explore tuition and affordability during a campus visit.
TUITION
Elementary tuition begins at approximately $840 per month, based on grade level and program.
Middle School tuition begins at approximately $890 per month, based on grade level and program.

• Use 10k per tax year, per child for private school education.

Blackbaud Tuition Management is a third-party company Cloverhill Christian Academy uses as its online tuition and billing platform across all grade levels. CCA also uses Blackbaud Financial Aid Management to determine eligibility for need-based financial assistance (available for kindergarten and higher grades).

CCA offers families two payments plans:
Pay in full by August 5th and receive a 5% discount on tuition.
Pay monthly tuition payments in 10-installments from August-May. Tuition is due on the 5th of every month.

12moths-K4
Early Learning-K4 programs require a 30-day withdrawal notice. There is no refund or proration of tuition for prior months.
The last day to withdraw before a new school year begins is July 5th. Students who withdraw after this date will be responsible for the August tuition payment.
Kindergarten & Up
There is no tuition refund or prorated credits for students enrolled in kindergarten and higher grades who withdraw or are dismissed. Once the student contract is signed, the parent/legal guardian is obligated to pay tuition in full for the 1st semester, regardless of whether the child attends or finishes the semester. One day of attendance in January obligates the parent/legal guardian to pay in full for the 2nd semester. CCA requires these amounts to prepare for each semester.
